In July 2025, Bendmax proudly participated in a leading industrial exhibition in Vietnam, presenting our latest innovations as a professional press brake tooling manufacturer. The event provided an excellent platform to connect with sheet metal fabricators, machinery distributors, and OEM partners across Southeast Asia.
As Vietnam’s manufacturing sector continues to grow rapidly, the demand for high-precision press brake tooling, reliable clamping systems, and advanced crowning solutions is increasing. During the exhibition, we displayed a wide range of press brake tooling solutions, including standard Promecam (Euro) style tooling, customized hinge punch and die sets, flat bending tooling, and louver tools.
All showcased products were manufactured from premium forged 42CrMo4 steel, ensuring high tensile strength, structural toughness, and wear resistance. Visitors showed strong interest in our dual heat treatment process, especially our advanced induction hardening technology, which achieves HRC 54–62 hardness in critical working areas while maintaining core toughness.
For many Vietnamese fabricators, tooling durability and consistency are key purchasing factors. By explaining our body hardening process (HRC 30–35) combined with surface induction hardening, we demonstrated how Bendmax tooling delivers both long service life and stable bending performance.

Another highlight at the exhibition was our precision grinding capability. Through advanced CNC grinding technology, we achieve dimensional tolerances within ±0.02 mm for stocked tooling.
Accurate punch angles, radii, and die shoulders directly impact bending results, especially in high-volume production environments. Many visitors expressed appreciation for our strict tolerance control and standardized production system, recognizing that precision grinding is essential for reliable sheet metal fabrication.
Beyond tooling, Bendmax also introduced our clamping systems and crowning systems designed to improve bending stability and operational efficiency. By combining high-quality tooling with reliable mechanical support systems, we provide customers with a complete bending solution rather than individual components.
