They can precisely form corrugated structures, continuous angle embossing, and continuous arc embossing on thin materials. After the initial operation, spring-loaded pads position the sheet, allowing the tool to automatically measure the dimensions. With spring-loaded Corrugating Forming Tools, the spring pads ensure smooth demolding, while the release wedges prevent damage to the formed material. Our rib forming tools can also form a single channel in one go, and can also be used to create multiple channels.
