The Trumpf-Style No.25.401 Acute V Die features a 30° die angle, 6 mm V-opening, R0.6 shoulder radius, and 100 mm height, specifically designed for acute-angle bending and precision sheet metal forming. According to the standard die selection rule (V = 6–8 × material thickness), the V6 opening is best suited for 0.8–1.0 mm mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum sheets. During air bending, it produces a typical inside radius of approximately R0.75 mm (V/8). The acute 30° design is ideal for forming angles smaller than 90° and for applications requiring overbending to compensate for springback. A minimum flange length of 4 mm is recommended for stable and accurate bending results.   Dies can be used with an additional drill hole 70.800 with screwable flattening die 60.120
