- Synchronized double-sided clamping for secure punch positioning, flexible tooling layouts and efficient press brake setup.
Its double-sided clamping structure allows the punch to be securely fixed from both sides, while individual tooling sections can be positioned and arranged according to different bending requirements. This makes the system particularly suitable for segmented tooling, multiple tool configurations and applications requiring frequent setup changes.

Key Benefits:
• Synchronized double-sided clamping for balanced and secure punch fixation
• Flexible tool positioning for individual punch sections and different tooling layouts
• Fast tool change to reduce setup and changeover time
• Stable punch positioning during bending operations
• Suitable for segmented punches and multiple tooling configurations
• Ideal for short production runs and frequent tooling changes
Bendmax provides double-sided quick clamping solutions for different press brake machines and tooling systems, with customized designs available according to machine configuration and installation requirements.

How Does a Press Brake Quick Clamping System Work?
A press brake quick clamping system allows operators to install, position and replace press brake punches quickly and securely. The typical workflow includes:
A. Preparation
1. Inspect the Equipment
Check the press brake and quick clamping system for damage, loose fasteners or excessive wear. Ensure the clamping jaws and mounting surfaces are clean.
2. Prepare the Workpiece and Tooling
Select the appropriate sheet material, punch and die according to the material thickness, bend angle and workpiece requirements.
B. Tool Installation and Positioning
1. Install the Quick Clamp
Securely mount the clamping system to the press brake beam according to the machine specifications and ensure proper alignment.
2. Install and Position the Punch
Release the clamp, insert the punch and position the tooling according to the required bending layout. Segmented punches can be positioned individually to suit different workpieces and bending sequences.
3. Secure the Tooling
Activate the quick clamping mechanism and check that the punch is properly seated, aligned and securely clamped.

C. Bending Operation
Set the required bend angle, stroke, back gauge position and bending force. Position the workpiece correctly and start the bending cycle after confirming that the tooling is securely clamped and aligned.
D. Tool Change and Maintenance
When a different tooling configuration is required, release the clamp, replace or reposition the punch, and secure it again before continuing production.
After operation, clean the clamping jaws, tooling surfaces and work area, and check the quick clamping system for wear or damage. Lubricate moving components when required.
Proper setup and maintenance help ensure secure clamping, accurate bending and reliable long-term performance.
